Kintyre bring a fresh and innovative perspective to commercial real estate by applying our collective and proven entrepreneurial skills and specialist knowledge to all aspects of asset management, property investment, property management, property research and real estate finance.
The business was established in 2001 in order to allow the partners to participate in a property investment joint venture with Scottish Widows Investment Partnership (now Aberdeen Standard Investments) during which the Company acted as Asset Manager to a UK wide mixed use commercial property investment fund which was ultimately successfully sold for a price in excess of £160m. Although based in Glasgow the Company advise on property matters throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK. The Company currently participate in a range of activities in the property sector both on their own account and with joint venture partners.
